There is a minimum of three General Meetings of the Association in each calendar year.

Typically these are held in March (Spring lunch), July (Summer lunch), and Nov/Dec cusp (Annual General Meeting and Festive lunch).

The current venue is The Mercure Thame Lambert Hotel near Watlington, next to junction 6 of the M40.

All paid-up members are invited and encouraged to attend the AGM in November/December.

The Committee meets quarterly at the Churchill Hospital in Oxford.
