You can donate to the SCKPA in three ways, as follows:

Donations by cheque

Cheques should be made payable to Six Counties Kidney Patients’ Association and given to any committee member at a meeting or posted directly to:

Gift Aid Declaration

If you are sending a cheque or making a cash donation and are a UK taxpayer, SCKPA can claim an extra 25% in Gift Aid making your donation even more valuable. Please print and complete a Gift Aid declaration and either hand it to a committee member or post to the address given.
